The team at Controlled Polymers are happy to announce that there has a been a shift in the ownership of the company. Americhem Inc. has bought 100% of the shares from former owners Blue Equity and Chrispa ApS, who we at the same time would like to thank for the corporation since they started their investment back in September 2015 and we wish them all the best going forward.
From the start of the process it has been of high priority for Controlled Polymers to find a new owner, who would be able to keep and further develop the core values that the company is well known for today in terms of service, flexibility, quality, tailormade solutions and short lead-times.
In addition to this, Americhem fits well into the DNA of Controlled Polymers and will be able to make a add on to the companies’ core values at all parameters.
The new corporation will also benefit from the worldwide team and be close to all customers, no matter which part of the world they are organized, as Americhem already has 7 productions sites in the US and 1 site in England, China and India.
We will be looking forward to involve our customers, cooperating partners & suppliers in this new setup.
