HINDS Machines Unveils HM MEDORA, a Patent-Led All-Electric ETT Cuff Balloon Machine
HINDS Machines unveiled HM MEDORA, its patent-led all-electric ETT cuff balloon machine, at the NextGen Moulding Innovation Conclave 2026 held at its Manesar facility.
The machine was unveiled by Shri Sarabjot Singh, Director, Sterimed Surgicals India Pvt. Ltd., in the presence of Shri Amarnath Gupta, Senior Manager, SIDBI, Delhi, and Shri Atul Mukhi, President, IMT Industrial Association, who graced the occasion as Guests of Honour.
The event also marked the declaration of a special 4-day HINDS Open House, showcasing 27 years of engineering excellence, innovation and machine-building capability.
HM MEDORA has been developed for manufacturing medical-grade inflatable components such as ETT cuffs, pilot balloons and medical balloons with cleaner production, higher precision and repeatable performance.
Speaking at the launch, Mr. Parveen Sharma, Founder & Managing Director, HINDS Machines, said that the machine represents HINDS’ focused entry into medical-device manufacturing technology and reflects the company’s commitment to reducing import dependence in critical manufacturing areas.
Shresth Sharma, the innovator behind HM MEDORA, said the machine has been built to move manufacturers from hydraulic dependency to intelligent electric control, with a focus on cleaner, more controlled and locally supported production.
The Chief Guest appreciated HINDS Machines for creating an indigenous solution for a highly sensitive medical-device manufacturing stage and said such innovations can strengthen India’s confidence in precision medical manufacturing.
