Second Life is free to use for all existing and potential customers. When a new potential user finds a mould suitable for their needs, the mould is thoroughly checked by Otto Hofstetter in Switzerland, and modified if necessary. Used moulds come with a 12-month guarantee – testifying to Otto Hofstetter AG’s confidence in the quality of its moulds.
