New HASCO ejector pins with ventilation surfaces
During the injection moulding process, optimum ventilation of the cavities must be ensured to help achieve an optimum result when filling the plastic – especially at the end of the flow path – and also to prevent the so-called “diesel effect”. Apart from providing ventilation via the parting plane of the mould, via slides, cores and mould inserts, special ejector pins also contribute to an optimum solution.
Optimum support with mould ventilation
The new HASCO ejector pins Z401/… with ventilation surfaces enable improved mould performance. Ventilation surfaces ensure that the air in the cavity can easily escape. The extra-long ventilation surfaces extend over a large part of the ejector pins, so these can be easily shortened individually to the desired length.
Many different diameters and lengths available
The new ejector pins are available in different diameters (from 1-12 mm) and lengths (from 100-315 mm, depending on the diameter), and can be interchanged directly with conventional ejectors Z40/… or Z41/…
