A Complete Solution / Know how for customers for processing Speciality Polymers, Complex Plastic alloys, Cellulose acetate, Fibres & Filled Polymers, with multi-barrels as well as Vertical + Horizontal combo Injection unit, All are successfully under production with our lot of customers across INDIA.

Kaptiva is successfully Processing High precision parts for Electronic, Medical, Electrical, Cosmetic / Jewellery, Locks & ties, PET performs & Cups , Cap & Closure, PVC- CPVC- PE Fittings & sanitary ware, Toys, Stationary, House wares daily needs, Packaging , Material Handing , White Goods & Consumer durables. Total Range from 80T to 1000T Injection moulding Machine.

The need for on-demand injection moulding is on the rise, what steps do you think injection moulders should take to keep up?
Processors should set up or Tie up for an R & D centre for product imagination / prototyping , reverse engineering, Enlarge existing range of their products being offered with continuous new products development for their customers & channel partners. Conversation of metal, ceramic, wood & other material components to Plastic components has become more easy with growing knowledge & capability of Processing machinery as well as availability of speciality Polymers for almost all type of applications, Today Plastic is as strong & durable as Steel, as clear / transparent as Glass, Flexible as rubber and stiff & long lasting as wood.

Processors are now in Driving seat to take up all best capabilities with best features to economical cost against aesthetics / durability , mass manufacturing . The most best part of Plastic Moulded parts is excellent recovery of cost after product service life, The Plastic Scrape cost is the best and Highest in today’s recycling of any other materials.
