On April 29, 2026, Haitian signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Magnesium Valley International Technology Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, Haitian will supply a full lineup of 800–5,000T cold-chamber integrated die-casting machines. The machines are equipped with a dual closed-loop, full real-time injection control system, KEBA intelligent control, and a repeat positioning accuracy within ±0.05 mm. Featuring Haitian’s servo energy-saving drive system, these machines reduce energy consumption by more than 30% compared with conventional models. The partnership covers equipment procurement, joint technological innovation, and industrial chain upgrading.
Major Contract Win: Two 9100T Digital Die-Casting Islands for Guangzhou Huadi
On April 30, Guangzhou Huadi Technology Co., Ltd. — a joint venture between GAC Components and Japan’s Yachiyo Industry Co., Ltd. — launched an open tender for the construction of its first digital die-casting island (Tender No. 0692-2620Z3082293/01), a turnkey project involving two 9100T units.
On May 25, the tender evaluation committee announced that Haitian was the first-ranked bid winner. This achievement marks another milestone in ultra-large integrated die-casting solutions for automotive structural components and aligns with Huadi’s strategic focus on lightweighting and intelligent manufacturing.
Tech Forums Spotlight Aluminum-Magnesium Innovation
On May 25, Haitian hosted the “Aluminum-Magnesium New Future” Innovative Technology Seminar in Chongqing, drawing over 160 industry professionals. Professor Jiang Bin, Director of the Light Metals Research Institute at Chongqing University, delivered a keynote speech at the event.
