HASCO guide pillar for ball bearings – with virtually no play

For the precise guidance of ejector plates in injection, compression and die-casting moulds, as well as plate assemblies, use is made of guide columns in combination with linear ball bearings.

HASCO has developed the Z0100/… guide pillar specifically for use with linear ball bearings Z1000/… and Z1100/…. Through the very tight h4 guide tolerance, a virtually clearance-free and safe system is created in combination with the linear ball bearings.

The Z0100/… guide pillars are compatible with the proven HASCO Z01/… guide columns and are also coordinated with the Z13/… linear ball bearings and the Z12/… and Z1201/… ball guide bushes. This means it is also possible to retrofit and optimise existing moulds with even more precise guides. The guide pillars are available from stock in nine diameters and a total of 48 lengths.

Through the extension of its range, HASCO is offering its customers even more individual options for highly precise guidance.
