The nyloflex Xpress Thermal Processing System will take center stage on the booth to demonstrate how plate makers can achieve better and more consistent quality, faster production and easier handling of flexo plates. With plates ready in less than one hour, the system can help reduce press downtime to meet brand owners’ demands for faster time to market. There are also significant sustainability benefits with thermal plates; for instance, nyloflex Xpress cuts down dramatically on the energy usage, reducing costs by as much as 94% compared to solvent processing.
